At Batool’s Corner, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered items

  • Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).

    We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

    • If your desired size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value.

    • Price differences must be paid (if applicable).
