  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or above a certain amount.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Orders may be cancelled if the courier attempts delivery multiple times unsuccessfully.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number (via SMS or email, if available)

You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Batool’s Corner is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and relevant details
